Design with 2 revisions: a design proposal is provided to the client, allowing up to two revisions per project.

Basic Project Plans: these plans include only the distribution of the requested area

Counseling: general suggestions and recommendations that come with a look & feel (moodboard with inspiration from reference images)

SIGNATURE

Design with 3 revisions: a design proposal is provided to the client, allowing up to three revisions per project.

Detailed plans: may include floor plan, elevations, and sections

Basic 3D visualization

Counseling: specific advice where we define the client's furniture based on their needs and budget

PRIME

$30 x m2

Design with 3 revisions: a design proposal is provided to the client, allowing up to three revisions per project.

Detailed plans: may include floor plan, elevations, and sections

3D renderings of the project: includes 4 final images in HD quality (1280x720px) for print or digital reproduction

Counseling: Personalized and specific advice where we define the client's furniture based on their needs and budget

Follow-up: in case our firm is not favored with the execution of the project, this package includes 1 visit for evaluation and adjustment

MAKE IT HAPPEN

Accompaniment in purchases, execution, and supervision of work, based on the proposal.

Furniture layout: specifications of merchandise to be purchased or designed, reflecting final product choices made by the designer and the client.

Decor layout: specifications for merchandise to be purchased.

Textiles, and wallcovering layout: specifications for merchandise to be purchased.

Workshop supervision: visits during the furniture, carpentry and upholstery execution.

Technical layouts: custom-made furniture specifications.

On site supervision: visiting the job site periodically to supervise installation process.

Staging: placing and supervising the final details in order to obtain a dream project

Timeline: the timeline for this phase depends on the third parties’ (manufacturers) availability.

Follow-up: conducting post-occupancy evaluations/ adjustments.
